The helicopter used in the show was a Bell 222, with some added lipstick and make-up. It was made to look like a battleship in the sky, with an arsenal of weapons, supersonic speed, and stealth technology. After filming of the series ended, it was sold to an air ambulance service in Germany, where it later was destroyed in an air crash accident.
