The Jetsons
the Jetsons from 1985 to 1987 is a revival of the 1962 to 1963 animated sitcom from Hanna-Barbera Productions.
In 1985 and 1986 it was released as “season two” and “season three” respectively, as part of the “Funtastic World of Hanna Barbara”.
The Show
The show was the space age counterpart of The Flintstones.
The Jetsons are a family living in Orbit City. The architecture in the show is based on the Googie style.
George Jetson lives in the Skypad Apartments together with his wife and family.
Theme Song
The theme song, composed by Hoyt Curtin became a pop hit in 1986.
