Angela Lansbury plays the role of a murder novel writer, Jessica Fletcher. Jessica is a widowed ex English teacher, who mostly spends her days as a self appointed detective. The tv show was loved by audiences all through the1980’s, moreover, the episode intro had a catchy theme to it.
